Samantha Wahba joins Waugh Law as a Legal Assistant. She is currently a third-year law student at Barry University School of Law. Samantha is actively involved on campus; she participates as a volunteer income tax preparer each Spring semester, is a Themis Bar Preparation Representative, and she is a Senior Editor of the Children and Family Law Journal.
Samantha always envisioned going to law school and becoming an attorney in the future. She attended the University of Central Florida in 2014, graduating with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Counterterrorism and International studies. During her time at the University of Central Florida, Samantha was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority, serving as Vice President of Academics, was a Peer Mentor to incoming UCF students, and was a Resident Assistant for three years. Through these experiences, Samantha quickly learned how to effectively and efficiently communicate with a diverse group of individuals and how to provide customer satisfaction while still maintaining a comfortable environment for all individuals.
Samantha grew up in the Florida Keys and moved to Central Florida to attend college. She loved Central Florida so much she remained in the area to attend law school.
In her leisure time, Samantha enjoys finding a good book to read and doesn’t drop it until it’s finished, baking any type of sweet treat, participating in Disney (or any) marathon races, hiking, and she frequently visits Disney and Universal.
